A dual-qualified CPA Australia and Chartered Accountant (India), Khush combines sharp financial acumen with in-depth regulatory expertise to guide Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) through complex compliance landscapes. As the founder of SKG Consulting Services, Khush has worked with more than 250 training organisations—supporting them through initial and renewal registrations, internal audits, CRICOS expansions, and performance assessment responses. Her advisory work is grounded in practical application and tailored to the dynamic demands of real-world operations. Khush is a recognised expert in: Implementing and reviewing Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) Developing robust Self-Assurance Systems under the Revised Standards for RTOs 2025 Preparing RTOs for ASQA audits and regulatory responses Building compliant, scalable QMS and policy frameworks aligned to legislative requirements Delivering strategic compliance support for CRICOS and ESOS providers, including ELICOS alignment She is also the driving force behind SKG Training Services, a digital learning platform offering sector-specific professional development programs designed to upskill CEOs, compliance officers, academic managers, trainers, and admin staff in the evolving regulatory context. Sam is the Founder of Careers in Care Group, a Management & Educational consulting firm offering CGRM (Compliance, Governance, Risk Management) consulting services, Online Competency Assessments for the VET workforce, and Industry Advisory Services. With 19 years of experience in the Australian VET sector, Sam is a leading expert in designing and implementing risk assessment and academic governance frameworks, conducting validations, and performing regulatory compliance audits to ensure RTOs and CRICOS providers meet industry standards. In addition to his work in compliance and risk management, Sam specializes in workforce capability development, helping education providers build strong, skilled teams. As a 2019 ISS Institute Fellow, Sam conducted in-depth research on improving VET outcomes through sustainable industry engagement practices. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate focussed on SIE (Sustainable Industry Engagement) Models, focusing on creating innovative approaches that foster stronger collaboration between education providers and industry stakeholders.
