You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for internal organisational use only.
4. Course Access & Availability
Enrolment in a course provides access for a fixed term (e.g., 12 months from date of enrolment, unless otherwise stated). We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any course or feature without prior notice;
Update content in response to regulatory changes;
Deactivate accounts after inactivity or expiry of enrolment period.
5. Payments & Refunds
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are only available under the specific conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
No refunds are provided for change of mind, failure to complete, or technical incompatibility after access is granted.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept any applicable costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
SKG Training Services provides educational content for general guidance and professional development only. We do not guarantee:
Any specific business outcome or regulatory approval;
That completion of a course constitutes formal compliance certification under regulatory frameworks.
To the extent permitted by law, SKG Training Services disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or reliance arising from use of the platform or its materials.
7. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
You breach these Terms;
Engage in misconduct, plagiarism, or abusive behaviour;
Misuse course access or materials;
Fail to comply with payment obligations.
Upon termination, access to materials will be revoked, and no refund will be provided.
8. Privacy and Data

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
