About this Course

Every RTO can produce the documents. Very few can produce them in an order that makes sense. The finding is rarely "you have no validation record" — it's "your validation record is dated after the cohort was assessed and certified." A folder proves possession. A sequence proves a system. This course walks the eight links an assessor follows, from industry advice through to continuous improvement, and the one rule that governs all of them: each link must be dated earlier than the link it informs. You'll learn a six-question date test you can run on any training product in ten minutes, and the four breaks behind most evidence chain findings. You work on your own material three times as you go. You finish with one qualification mapped, its date test run, and the first rows of your evidence chain register complete. Have ready: one qualification from your scope, its TAS, one assessment tool, and your most recent validation record. Ideal for: Compliance officers, academic managers and RTO managers preparing for audit or reregistration — anyone who owns the evidence and wants to find the broken link before ASQA does.
